The Chamber is delighted to have pulled together a superb group of experts on the China real estate market to give members an update this week on the current market. The event will cover a range of sectors and members will be able to quiz the attendees on the outlook for the rest of 2012 in the questions and answers panel at the end.

Larry Hu from Knight Frank will speak on “China’s residential cooling measures: what you need to know”,

Colin Dowall from Jones Lang LaSalle will speak on “2012: A supply boom in Shanghai Retail – is there demand?”, and

Mark Suchy from Cushman & Wakefield will discuss “Investment Market Highlights 2011 and 2012″

Starting at DTZ in 1997, Larry has acquired over 15 years of experience in the Shanghai real estate market. With almost 7 years’ experience heading the residential departments at both JLL and Knight Frank – working with both landlords and tenants – he has had a front-row seat to China’s changing residential landscape.  At Knight Frank Larry is responsible for providing corporate residential services, as well as spearheading the project marketing and asset management services.
