The General Office of the State Council has recently issued Circular no. 11 (2021) about the arrangement of the Public Holidays in 2022 in the People’s Republic of China.
There are currently seven official public holidays in China.

Please note that for any employee working during an official public holiday, the employer shall grant no less than 300% of the normal wage that would be paid.
